Start with one real project.

Follow the setup guide

In your workspace, create a project for client onboarding. Ask your agent to save one decision, then open the project and check the record.

New team? Request access first. Existing members can log in.

Try this with your agent
“In Client onboarding, record a decision: we send the welcome pack within two business days of signing.”

Open the project to check the saved record. Your next conversation can use it too.

Do I need to connect Microsoft 365 first?

No. You can start with notes and records you add yourself. Connect Microsoft 365 when you want your AI to work with Outlook, calendar, or OneDrive.

Can I use my existing AI tool?

Yes. Connect a compatible MCP client, such as Claude or Codex, to your workspace. The agent works with the projects you can access. See connection instructions.

What can a connected agent change?

It acts with your project role. A Reader can search and read; a Writer can also create and update records. Access is checked on each action. Read about roles and access.

How do I get into a workspace?

Existing members sign in through their organization’s workspace; new members need an invitation from its admin. Starting a new team? Talk to us about access.
